To become Metdeal partner you need to obtain a WM-Passport of a level, not lower than Personal and sign agreements for buying/selling gold. In order to sign the Agreements, you need to provide us with authentic copies of the following documents:
1. For Individuals:
1.1. Passport copy (for CIS citizens- local is an obligatory requirement, international/travel is very preferable). Make sure that document copy contains your full name, date and place of birth, photo, passport number, issuing and validity date, place of issue and signature. For US and Canada citizens copy of driving license is acceptable. 1.2. Actual residential and registration address (including postcode), phone number and e-mail. 2. For Legal Entities: 2.1. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation; 2.2. Copy of the Resolution of the First Meeting (assigning Directors, having a right of Signature; 2.3. Copy of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Associations; 2.4. A signer passport copy according to the agreement (for CIS citizens- local is an obligatory requirement and international one is very preferable). Make sure that document copy contains your full name, date and place of birth, photo, passport number, a validity date, place of issuing and signature. For USA and Canada citizens' copy of driving license is acceptable; 2.5. Power of attorney copy (in case agreement is signed by attorney); 2.6. Actual registration address (including postcode), phone number and e-mail. Providing above and foregoing documents with an apostil is preferable. Metdeal has the right to demand additional documents. For signing an agreement with Metdeal on selling/buying gold it is necessary to contact WMID 157977056598 via WM Mail and provide the following: a) for individuals — WMID and G-Purse Number, data according to clause.1., (indicate your exact address provided to the bank separately); b) for legal entities —WMID and G-Purse number data according to clause 2.1., (name of the company), clause 2.4. (full name of the signer ), in case of signing the agreement by attorney according to clause 2.5 ( attorney number, issuing data), clause 2.6, (indicate your exact address provided to the bank separately). Agreements will be sent to you by e-mail ( in English language , version of the agreement in Russian is for reference only). Sign the Agreements (stamp/ seal them), send two copies with the documents mentioned above (according to your status) by post/courier service to: METDEAL FZE, P.O.Box 4415, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As soon as documents are reviewed and signed by Metdeal, you will be able to buy and sell gold. Duration of the Agreement is unlimited. Payment description (follow it strictly): Payment under invoice #ХХ-XXX/XXX, Date XX/XX/XXXX, for gold purchase. You will be notified about Agreement signing via WM Mail. |
